Mr. Kotwal joined C&J in 1978 and has been a Partner
since 1987. Has acted as a Consultant to multilateral agencies.
Mr. Kotwal heads the Management Advisory Services department
of Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy (“C&J”),
which offers consultancy on various business and commercial
matters, including valuations and business acquisitions,
due diligence reviews, foreign investments in India including
entry strategies, corporate finance and capital issues,
joint ventures and overall business strategies. Mr. Kotwal
also specialises in Management Audits and also has extensive
experience in Bank audits and audits of Mutual Funds. Mr.
Kotwal has offered consultancy services to the Polish Business
Advisory Bureau through the International Finance Corporation.
Mr. Kotwal serves on the Board of Directors of several Companies.
Samir M. Chinoy

Mr. Chinoy has been Partner since 2004 and has experience
of over 19 years in various areas of professional practice
including audit and handling accounting of small and medium
enterprises. Mr. Chinoy has extensive experience in internal,
concurrent and statutory audit of banks including Reserve
Bank of India and has also conducted audits of Insurance
Companies, Public Sector Undertakings, Asset Management
Companies, Housing Finance Companies and schemes of Mutual
Funds. Mr. Chinoy has also conducted due diligence reviews
of specified schemes of UTI Mutual Fund. Mr. Chinoy is also
a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA). Mr. Chinoy
also heads the VAT practice at C&J.
Bhupendra T. Nagda
